Plant identification

I have no idea what kind of plant this is, although it is similar to an anubias. It is not an anubias however. I am sure of this.

However, all the pictures are somehow "too big". What can I do about that?

usually every digital camera came with "image size" or "image quality" option feature, set up to what you desire. If you have computer, adobe PHOTOSHOP still the best application to deal with photos.
