Pale and stubby trident??

Can anybody advice as to why my trident has grown wide short leaves and why it seems quite pale in colour? The images make it look quite green but it looks washed out/bleached to me?

Plants becoming pale is usually Iron deficiency.

Thanks! That's what I was thinking as Rotala seems to be suffering.

Got some flourish iron coming and will start to dose that
