has anyone ordered from aquariumplantfood.co.uk recently? placed a order 24 hours ago not replied to two emails and my order still says “processing”. seems a bit weird

I placed an order in December and February and had no issues, I know on the December order it said "processing" for two or three days, the product arrived on the fourth day.
I'm guessing their communication is a bit lackadaisical, but the product is spot on, i wouldn't worry about it.
Was the item you ordered in stock?

They are very reputable, lots of people here order from them.

Give them a little longer I am sure they will reply to you.

I have never had any real issues with them but several times the package has arrived with a note saying Guernsey customs have opened and re sealed the package! They are obviously suspicious of white power being sent in the post!
