Drool 🤤

If you are draining the tank to expose the tops of the plants to the air how often and for how long are you doing this?

:)
I have to drain the water like in photo 4 because this tank has just set up the ammonia concentration to high. After that, I only did a 50% water change once a week

It would be interesting to know your water parameters and micro fertilisation routine. Are these tissue culture specimens and are they planted with the roots in soil or are they epiphyticaly fixed to their own piece of hardscape (metal ring plant weight?) and allowed to extend their roots adventitiously into the soil?

:)

  • Charge water 1x/week 50%, micros/macros ferts 2x/week Fe: 0,03ppm/1x

Keep PH < 7 and change the water regularly until the microorganism matures, won't be dangerous
