Not clear (crystal) water

Hi members,
My experience of aquascaping meets some problem. The water have never been clear enough. Some time little cloudy, some time clear but there are free small parts in water.
When I grow HEMIANTHUS only the problem exists. When I grow too enough fast growing plants water is always clear.
Has everyone ever met this problem?

Hi @Federal, How ofter do you change water and how much? Is your tank otherwise clean? Whats the stocking level? Filtration? Can you post a full tank shot? I wonder if it could be a slight bacterial bloom... I used to be hysterical about having gin clear water all the time. If I didn't, I would usually deploy my water polisher. In any event more information about your tank is probably needed.

I use Seachem carbon in combination with Seachem Purigen.
and the water is polished nicely
