Tropica l am pretty sure will be aware of issues and l would be very suprised if full support to suppliers retailers was not given and the last year has been tough for everybody. In normal times a rep could just visit. You look at Green Aqua those plants are kept just right and anything rarely not quite rightbwould not be sold on.
Same issues go for Dennerle ,Aqua vitro etc Best bet find a good source in the UK we have access to the sponsers and buy from anywhere else and see what your own country has. Plant suppliers will be keen to sort issues out as we hope normal life resumes asap
