nomaphila siamensis dwarf

Hi Dean,

I was looking into this plant recently too. I hope you don't mind if I add an additional question.. How do you encourage the darker reddish growth in this species?

Hi all,
Anyone know where to find info on this plant
I think Nomaphila siamensis is a synonym. of Hygrophila corymbosa "Siamensis", so presumably you would give it similar conditions to H. corymbosa.

Mick.Dk will know but it might be the same plant as (or or similar to) Hygrophila corymbosa "Compacta" .

cheers Darrel

A smaller version of the Hygrophila corymbosa. Beautiful bushy midground cover plant which can vary from dark brown to dark green with silver/purple colours underneath. It can grow up to 15cm in height but usually stays below 10cm. Propagate from cuttings.
