Hello folks, new to the aquascaping scene, had a fish tank when I was a young lad but nothing for over 20 years...
Looking to set up the following, feel free to cast an eye over it. I've been lurking on the forums and have spent a few weeks researching to try figure out a good setup:
TMC 450x450x300 tank
TMC Grobeam 1500, mounts & controller
Eheim Pro 3- 250T (17mm Cascade glass nano inlet & 17mm Gush oPipe outlet)
Complete paintball aquarium c02 kit from c02art
I've heard that decent flow rates with lilly pipes require a bit more "umph" from the filter but I'm assuming the 250T is more than capable? Plus the internal heater was a big selling point
Anyway dont want to get to technical for a first post but am interested on doing a dry start for monte carlo, maybe some Elocharis in the front/mid ground, I've not really decided fully on plants.
Anyway, cheers for reading, look forward to contributing
