New tank set-up

Hi everyone,

First post on here. So I've got rid of my old 165l tank and bought a new 240l juwel Rio. I have put all my good old filter media in my fx4 and transferred the water over. Left it 2 weeks all water perimaters were fine. I planted it when I was setting it up and then 2 weeks later added fish but I have noticed my Mayaca fluviatilis and eleocharis so mini are now starting to turn brown. My led lights are on for 9 hours, fertilizer is jbl ferropol and I am dosing easylife easycarbo but I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on why the plants are turning brown. Here's a few pictures.

I would say, after having a quick look at the pictures, that it is diatoms (brown algae). I've got similar in my tank which only started to appear in week 4.
