Thank you for buying your plants from Plants Alive.
The plants have spent very little time in our tanks and we would advise you to rinse them thoroughly before introducing them to your aquarium.
SHRIMPS – If you are introducing your plants to shrimps please soak for at least 48 hours before planting as shrimps are very sensitive to changes in their environment.
Although I was already aware of potential problems from insectides or copper for example it's the first time I personally have been contacted by a plant company or seen any information regarding this problem - it's good to see and I hope all the other suppliers remind people too!
