New Nano Tank Advice

I am looking to start a new 30ltr Nano tank with the focus on plants and shrimps. I am looking for advice on which light to purchase without breaking the bank, advice on filters would be helpful as well.

Chihiros A series led...cheap as chips and will grow most plants in a 30cm cube, plus you get a dimmer thrown in to lower the light level

Thanks for the recommendation, they look very good for the price. I have gone for a Fluval nano light (pic below) hopefully this will be ok although probably could have got a cheaper version. I have also included a pic of the filter that I have chosen.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
