Added a second twinstar. The tank is much brighter and the colours are also better.

I've been having a dabble with nitrogen limitation. It seems to be doing a good job. One other thing I've noticed is that I don't have to clean my glass very often, which is a bonus.

I have a pair of aphyosemion australe in there. I'm not a big fan of lots of fish tbh. It's all about the plants for me.

I was given a pair as time went on the male become very dominant at feeding time first up for food before the Rams a nd tetras. No exaggeration it coloured up like any Marine fish. Although l had plenty of floating plants one morning found it on on rug front of tank. My lesson learned if I get any more. One of the longer lived varieties too sadly
