New Ada Cube Garden 45-P help for planning

I would like to start a new tank in an ADA Cube 45-P tank
I'm not going to use CO2
ADA amazonian gravel or ELOS not sure yet, my what has low KH so is not an issue for me
I'm going to use some ada stones or similar

for lighting and filtering i don't really know what to use
light hat to be LED i guess about 10w or more, i don't really dark tank

i also going to add a good number of red cherry shrimp i guess

for filtering i need something not too expensive and silent, because this tank is in my bed room

i bought a an AquaClear hang out filter for my other tank and is very silent, not sure if i'm lucky i read different opinion about this filters but most of them are good

external filter are usually very big and also afraid it can lose water is is not a real good one

They don't do well in very soft water, so you may want to add some salts.
