neon tetra disease

looks like my emoperor tetras mayhave neon tetra disease!! does anyone know any kind of cure or as im finding from browsing some sites is it best to remove the fish ... i have no hospital tank and dont like the idea of killing them but the idea of the disease spreading to all my fish is even worst

any help would be really appreciated

As i mentioned to you id get them out but sure others with more knowledge will chime in..
