Mystery plant in my 60P

Greetings from Canada. A merry christmas to everyone who celebrates and season's greetings to everyone. I've discovered this stem-like plant growing in my 60P. Grows pretty fast and appears to be a stem-plant of some kind. Never bought this one; may be part of cuttings I got from another aquarist a while back. Would love to know what it is..........sorry for the phone picture but hopefully someone here can give an expert identity!!

Pearl weed is a different plant species or at least it is to most of us. I don't know if somewhere they call guppy grass pearl weed (common names can be very confusing) but I've not come across that before.
