I am using Sun Sun XBL 300. As you can see in the picture, it has a good flow in it. But within less than 2 weeks its flow becomes so weak that I have to wash it and get rid of all the dirt. That dirt mostly contains mushy brown stuff that mostly gets trapped in the pipe. What could be the reason? Is it because I am not using any ceramic rings which is a bio filter media?
Please provide more detail on the media you are using. I think the Sun Sun uses sponge but dont know how coarse they are.
Filters clog faster under higher bioload, and less under low bioload so it varies in time for everyone. But you should only be cleaning the pre-filter and VERY rarely the biomedia section of any filter. If you biomedia section needs to be cleaned every two weeks then its not able to keep up with the bioload. If its just the pre-filter that needs cleaning (and that restores flow) then that is perfectly OK.
I have an Oase 350 that is 18 months old and the biomedia has never been cleaned. But the pre-filter has to be cleaned each week or flow will reduce.
Some filters will be more efficient at maintaining flow than others depending on their layout and their pump (I understand the Iwaki pump's used in some of the ADA Superjet filters excel at barely losing flow as overtime). You can clean more often, play around with media (like lower PPI sponge) but obviously this will affect the particles that can enter the main chamber or change/add filter.

Sorry I'm tired and was just assuming it had a prefilter, my advice was for prefilter sponge not main biofiltration which you don't want to be regularly disturbing 🙂
2 Sponges, one in the in flow and one for the outflow. The outflow has a small rod with small holes and it is surrounded by sponge which is removable and the inflow chamber has a sponge that covers less than 40% portion of the chamber, rest is vacant space.
If you have to clean all sponges every two weeks to restore flow then the filter is under sized. I would suggest looking at what @FrozenShivers says or upgrading. To me, the surface area of that filter looks quite low.

Have a look at the Eheim series for smaller tanks. I think there are some simple but effective ones that can be used. Failing that, Oase make a small canister but are very expensive.
You need a prefilter that provides a layer of mechanical filtration to prevent extra organic material from getting in your main filter body. I am not familiar with the SunSun intake, but I have used a simple sponge like this for a couple different smaller filters, and use this Eheim for my big canisters.
It's a long shot, but based on some of the improvements people used to make on the Oase canisters, you could try and add more holes to the rod on the outflow chamber. That is, if you think they may be too small or too few.
