Ignore the water report. This is for the water companies sampling point on a particular day, not your tap water on the day you use your water for your fish.
Just dose your chosen fertliser dosing scheme, think very carefully before doing anything other than dosing EI (Estimative Index) and get on enjoying you fish, re-arranging plants and using you worries on getting CO2 right, if you are CO2 dosing.
