My cherry barbs aren't liking sinking micro pellets. This is a tried and tested food that I am using since past 6 months. Other nano fishes neon / cardinal tetra, Harlequin Rasbora, glow light tetra, zebra dyne grab this food seconds after dropping and finish it in less than a minute. But Cherry Barbs hardly take interest.I saw some of them trying it and spit it out.

I agree with @MrClockOff it's my goto food for most days with the smaller fish. I currently use tetra, but have used many other brands too.

If it's new to the fish it can take a while for them to adapt. It 'might' also indicate over feeding, i.e. the fish can be picky about what they eat, how much and how often do you feed?

So feed them something else . Get the smallest container of flake food available . Get a reputable brand like Tetra or Omega One . Crumble up the flakes if they're too big . See what happens . Alternate days between flakes and what you're feeding now . Just like people ,not every fish will like every food .

I can definitely confirm that my rosies, diamonds, sae and corries love them. Which brand are you using? Mine are from fish science
Fluval bug bites tropical fórmula . That’s something all nano fishes like they grab it instantly.
Even big fishes like angel fish, gold fish and sometimes even betta like that food. Not sure why these cherry barbs are so fuzzy. They are not vegetarian
