Afternoon all.
I posted a while back with some pictures and detailed description of my tank and receivced a lot of very helpful feedback (still class myself as new to this)
Having taken all the feedback on board I made some adjustements to my fish stock and added/moved a few plants around.
I have moved the dwarf rainbow fish, scissortail rasboras and a few others to a different larger tank at my brother in-laws and have added a few more hengali and harlequin rasboras. I have also added some beautiful cherry barbs and dwarf otto's.
The tank stock is now
11 chery barbs
5 dwarf ottos
6 harlequin rasboras
6 hengali rasboras
Amano shrimp
I also carefully removed the black plastic panel that covered the old filter area which has giving me a good amount more swim space to the right of the tank.
Plant growth seems to be good but I thought I would check back in with some new photo's of where the tank is at in the hope of some more feedback.
Im keen to get the health of plants perfect over chasing growth so this post is rather photo heavy to allow images of the plants.
I have also attached the lighting settings that I run and I also fert using DD pumps for 4ml of APT3 daily and 1.2ml of easycarbo.
Water changes are still approx 50% twice a week and I still run Co2 through the inline diffuser at 2 bubbles per min.
Tank is a 60l fluval and i run a aquamanta 200 ext filter with inline Co2 diffuser.
The lights are a Fluval 3.0 plant and Aquasky 2.0 .
Spray bar located on the rear of the tank and a skimmer located on the right side.
Co2 is on a timer 3hrs before lights on and off at lights off.
