My 4ft Planted Tank

Hi all i just wanted to share some pictures of my first planted tank, most of the plants came from plantedtanks.co.uk and from the for sale section in this forum.

I dose with dry salts and flourish excel
Pressurized CO2 @ 3 bubbles a minute

I just need to get some nice shrimp in the tank and allow it to grow a bit so i can train it as i like also need to get a drop checker but things seem OK at the moment.

Thx Guys, i have 48w bright white 5500k Daylight Tube and a JBL Tropic Sun Floro tube. The substrate is aquabasis+ covered with manado, i would not use manado again as i find it very light, does not hold stems down well at all either.

Nice start Carl, tank is looking healthy, how long you been running the tank?

tank has been set up for a few months now but i have been having to buy stuff gradually as i get the money, im not happy with my pressurized setup so need to think about sorting that next. i might have to bite the bullet and get a good regulator with solenoid on there, im having trouble getting everything adjusted manually.
