Moss and worms

I've been following A1matts advice on the forum on growing moss on window stills and ive been growing taiwan and java for the last two weeks with daily water changes, and i noticed today a little microscopic white worm in the strands of the moss and i dont know how to kill them off. any advice? i dont want to introduce this to the tank when i set it up.

i'd presume the fish will just eat them. that or shrimp.
