hi can anyone give me some good advise on how to successfully grow this plant?

I have been given a nice clump but it never took off and it is now rather going drown the gutters....

Hi,all i did was that i attached it to a stone using hairnet.It took about 3 weeks or so for it to start growing.From my experience it didn't liked strong flow so better keep it that part of tank where the flow is not strong.Hope this helps :thumbup:
 
It can be pretty fragile physically so take care not to crush it when attaching it.
Other than that I have found it easy but slow to grow.

I realised it is really fragile. I used a hairnet to tie it to a pebble however it does seem as its really deteriorating rather than stabilising.
