Mixing Dwarf Rainbowfish Sizes

I started off with 10 neon dwarf rainbowfish but over the year I have lost six of them. I am now left with four pretty large healthy looking males.

I want to top up their numbers again but most fish I see for sale are pretty small. Males are probably 7cm and females in LFS around 3cm.

Would I be ok adding a bunch of much smaller females or should I try and source larger ones / leave the four as they are.

What are your tank specifics?
- seems unusual to have lost that many

Tank is 180l. Several of these losses were down to me finding my way . A bit of a catalogue of errors with general maintenance, overfeeding and particularly hospital tanks (helps if you turn the heater on etc.) then I think the last remaining female got stressed from all the male attention.

I think they were not great stock to start with either. The remaining four seem pretty healthy
