Migration from T5 to Juwel Multilux LED

HI, I have a low-tech Juwel Vision 180L planted tank. My lighting developed a fault so I am going to replace the 2 x T5s with a Juwel Multilux 2 x 19W unit. I currently run the T5s for 7 hours / day and the tank is doing fine. However, never having used LEDs before does anyone know if I should keep the photo-period the same or reduce it. I am making no other changes to the tank and want to avoid any side effects due to the change of lighting system. Kind Regards, David

I would start with 5 hours or so and see how the plants develop. Are you using CO2?

Better to err at the low light side than at the high light side.
