Hi,
I have pteropus Trident in my little 55l tank and it has been growing slowly over the past months, just looking good and fresh. Besides removing the leaves that go brown/yellow during maintenance i don't do anything to it. However the past few weeks it has really taken off and it is growing really fast. When doing my weekly maintenance/wc i often find around 5 or more new plantlets. The leaves are starting to grow very long to the point that they are curling up against the glass. I know i can cut them close to the stem but i was wondering if it is possible to cut the leaf itself?
Pictures are a week or 3-4 old (i think), growth is bigger today and starting to become a bit of a problem.
