Melting plants on new tank

hi all,

My tank (4 feet, 80gallon) was setup 2 months ago. The plants, especially my coral moss and phoenix moss's color turn white/yellowish. furthermore, I also noticed that my other plants leaves melts as well!! Since this is a new tank, no fertilizer was added at start (until 2 weeks ago). My tank CO2 is set on 24-hour basis (but I set it in a way that overdosing co2 will not happen).

To rectify the situation, I recently add the following fertilizer.
ADA Step 1 (old version; it is called the Bright mineral now) = 5 press daily
ADA Brighty K = 3 press daily
ADA Nitrogen = 3 press every other day
Seachem Iron = one cup once a week
(water change weekly of around 1/4 of the tank size)

is this the right call because I still couldn't see my plant situation (yellowish and melting) improves but my TDS does increase from 240 to 280 (in 2 weeks time). is this a concern as well? Thank you!!!
