The plan is to create an iwagumi, I'm quite a fan of the style and want to try and create something that i can feel proud off, plus if i do a great job it will keep the wife of my back concerning the cost for the new set up.
Tank - Opti-White - 60 x 30 x 36
Lighting - 2 x 25w t5 on 10hrs per day
Filtration - 1 x Tetratec EX1200
Heater - Hydor 300w external heater ( Still not bought this)
CO2 - 2.5kg bottle- with solenoid
drop checker
Fertiliser - EI method
Substrate - Amozonia
Hardscape - seryiou stone.
Maintenance - 50-60% once a week.
This tank will take about 3 weeks before its planted as i will be moving in the next 2 weeks. This will give me time to try differant positions with the stone until i find the right one for the final set up.
i'm pretty sure i know what plants i want to use too. it's a choice really consisting of HC, riccia, eleocharis acicularis
( this may change by planting stage).
So far i have taken a few pictures, please give any advice concerning your fav or if you feel the stones need moving.
