Marine organism ID

My partner's Aunty has spotted this strange organism off the coast of Gosport. Despite having a keen interest in marine life I'm at a bit of a loss. My thoughts were sea hare (but it doesn't appear to have the correct head structure) or sea cucumber but as far as I know there aren't any shallow water species that can 'swim' in the UK.

Anyway it's very interesting so thought I'd share.

I think it is a Nudibranch as well. I wouldn't like to hazard a guess further than that. I think some of the other Aplysia sp. are <"active swimmers">.

I saw something similar a while ago and my best guess was pleurobranchus membranaceus.
