Hi,
Can anyone shed light on the best way to stop Manzanita wood from floating and also is it better to use fishing line or superglue to attach xmas moss to the manzanita
Thanks
Trev

You need to place some rocks over it or something heavy for a few weeks, Xmas moss is best attached with fishing line.

If it's small enough and you have a big enough pot, boil it on the stove for a couple of hours. Obviously keep topping the water up. Other than that the larger pieces i have took a couple of weeks of soaking in the bath.

Personally i have only ever used fishing line to attach moss, works well for me if you tie it nice and tight.

Stu.

Thanks guys for all your advice...I have 2 halves of flowerpots holding it down at the moment :)
