Macro nutrients

Hi,

So I've been having issues with staghorn aglea and I think it's due to lack of macro nutrients.

Can I use flourish NPK with my usual fertilizers to help my plants grow better? Neither my high or low tech are highly stocked

When you say stocked do you mean plants or fish
