Ludwigia repens rubin leaves curling downwards

Hi Guys,

I have no idea why the leaves on my L. repens Rubin are curling downwards.
I don't think it's a CO2 issue as my DC is almost yellow. Flow is good. Ferts are more than enough (EI + additional dry Mg, K, Fe added)
Light: Fluval F&P 2.0 at 100% - 6hrs and stock LED 1 hour each side so total 8 hrs.

Perhaps the light intensity is too high. But it's very difficult to determine what might be wrong for sure with the little information that's been given.
Could you post a FTS to include the light and its position, and also include all the stats for the tank. We need to see the filter outlet and inlet and to know the filter turnover etc.
