Hello, i use low light in one of my tank, the tap ph is 8 off gasing, 7.5 in the tank, does it worth to increase the co2 to get down to pH 7 in a low light condition ? thx

CO2 is 24/7 in that tank

I would say 'no'. I believe that absolute CO2 levels are less important in a low light tank, but consistency of CO2 levels is still important.

Why are you running CO2 24/7 though?

Personally I don't think it's worth chasing a 1ph drop in low light tanks, assuming that you're growing "easy plants." I just keep it simple and go for a green drop checker.

At pH 7.5, your prime concern will be iron, I suppose. Many plants cannot take up iron at this high pH. Strongly chelated iron can likely help it.
