I think that's what it is.
Anyway, it's growing like mad now I've started with full EI and Easycarbo, but, after a day the lush new shoots are looking really poor.They are being replaced with lush new ones, but.......

Any ideas, please?

Looks like diatoms mate does it rub off easily with your fingers ? If so give plants a good rub before water change lower light intensity if possible or add some floating plants to diffuse lighting.
