What light class does 78watts on a 55g fall under? ( two t8 42" tubes)

And what sort of results should i expect growing hemianthus callitrichoides with pressurised co2 in a tank with this lighting?

Should i expect any issues with this?

That amount of light will grow most plants very well, it is the Co2 that really matters.
