    Ready for a silly question?
Am I messing up the photoperiod/Co2 levels if I do my maintenance at night?
I’ve noticed an improvement when I’ve not had the lights on in the evening for a few nights, but this could be my imagination.
Might have to think about changing the photoperiod if this is a big factor, as I want to be able to enjoy the tank in the evenings.

Your light period should be set up for when your home and enjoying the tank... no point lights on but no ones home!
