Leaves going yellow

I planted some monte carlo in the tank before christmas, the other plants i put in at the same time are growing all ok except the monte carlo.
some off the leaves are going yellow.

Is it lack off light?
its nr the bottom corner

Possibly just loosing its emersed grown leaves, as long as co2 is good I've found Monte Carlo doesn't require high light, I have some growing in my mini m with no co2 addition almost completely shaded by other plants, grows slowly but grows none the less.
