The look like planaria but it's hard to judge size from the pictures. They are extremely common and spring up in most tanks at some point. You either want to eradicate them or aren't particularly fussed by them, depending on your view point. It's shrimp only tanks where they are more troublesome.

Thank you again Mort but i think they are mini leaches.
How do i get rid of them they are in my daphnia culture.

I bought a slightly dubious looking glass trap from Chinese eBay- effectively a tube you can bait, which they find it difficult to get out of. Worked pretty well!
