Juwel lido lights

I have had my Juwel lido now for just over a year, do lights start to deteriorate overtime in relation to having a planted tank.
They still seem quite bright, when if I need to, should I replace them and with which type of bulb. I know juwel do other types of lights but I would not know where to start selecting replacements.

What lights do you have? LED, or older T5 fluorescent tubes? The latter do deteriorate. LEDs should last a long time.

Just seen the Chihiros post, lights look amazing, if we can get them here in the uk they will be an ideal replacement when I change my lights for my Lido 120
