Just curious about IAPLC 2012

Hi guys.
Something came to my mind this morning.
Now, as a general ruse ADA tries to get all top winners to be present on the awarding IAPLC ceremony, right?
Well then! If the first 100 layouts are voted by Nature Aquarium Party participants how can anyone know up front who the winners would be? Because it seem to me un feasible to invite 100 aquascapers to the party to make sure that the winners are present. Not everyone has the money to fly to Japan. And if not then the awarding ceremony may suffer lack of winner to be awarded in front of tv cameras.
Just wondering of how is this going to work!!!

Either that or they know up front what is going to happen.
You see for the Nature Aquarium Party they will either have to get all of the first 100 aquascapers in Japan, which means lots and lots of money to spend or fix the outcoming results before anything oficially happens.
Other wise the chances are that when they call for winners to come out and receive their awards on the awarding ceremony there will be only some of them there or no one at all. And that is going to be a massive joke.
