Item that uses 9v battery convert to uk mains supply

Hi have picked up a medical syringe driver which is powered by a 9v battery for which I was going to use for dosing my tank. I was looking to see if there is a way to replace the 9v battery and power from the mains. I’m just getting confused about everything I’m looking at.

If you don't know what you're doing just buy a cheap doser and save yourself the headache.

Universal power adapter, can be switched to 9 volt output.. Back in the day these came also with a 9 volt battery push clip, i still gt one.. But these seem to be old fashion i don't see them around anymore..

Than you would need to screw on a clip on connector to the screw connector that comes in the adapters package.
