I was surfing on'tinternet looking for Fissidens Fontanus. Stumbled across this on eBay.

Extortionate at the very least.

Shocking how anyone could think anyone would pay £99.99 for a portion of Moss no matter what the availability is.

They probably have that auction left open but don’t have any stock.


Easier just to put the price up to a point no one will buy it than to take the auction off and repost again in a few days.

And if someone does buy for that price, I’m sure they could find a portion to send off for £99
 
Yes, that ^^ I see it all the time, they bump prices up to £299 or whatever for out of stock items.

I didn't know that. I messaged the seller to ask if it was a typing error :oops:

The reply was supply and demand justified the price. I replied saying the price was extortionate.

The reply was, "Move On!"
Terrible that.
