Is this oxygen?

I've been dosing EI style for the past 3 weeks now but only started increasing the bubble rate from the pressurised CO2 last week.

Have noticed lots of fine bubbles from the anubiases and large ones under the leaves of the Java ferns.

Is this really oxygen or something else?
