Is helanthium tenellum 'green' still transitioning?

I planned some helanthium tenellum 'green' about a week ago. It came as a 1-2 grow so I'm guessing that's in vitro. The plant is still green and has zero algae on it but at the same time hasn't grown an inch.

Is it still adjusting to the water parameters?

Will trimming the leaves down encourage new growth and carpeting or should I just leave it alone and be patient?

Water parameters:
Co2 injection (green 2hr before lights)
EI ferts
8hr light period (30min ramp up and down at 50%-75% intensity during the day)
No fish

Exactly the same with me, planted it almost 3 weeks ago and it is still completely free of algae but hasnt changed one bit! Although the amanos seem to have eaten some from the tips of the leaves, but wouldn't that just encourage new growth the same as if I trimmed it?
