Ill or normal? - strange lumps on lemon tetras mouth

Just noticed something strange on one of my lemon tetras. See below.

Any ideas, should I be worried. Would appreciate any advice.

First thought was damage and then gone fungal(fungus) but maybe some kind of parasitic worm that's attached. Not sure, but you could quarantine and treat with something like a broad spectrum treatment like esha 2000 or the Waterlife treatments, Others may come in on this
