Identification

Hi, i was sent this plant from a member on here some time ago and just wanted to know what it was? It has recently started to sprout long tall shoots and they seem to be producing new leaves or buds. You can see the shoots in the image.

looks like a sword to me possibly Echinodorus amazonicus , but its just a guess

Yeh def an Echinodorus, my first thought was amazon sword as well

Hi having looked at the images on google for Echinodorus i dont think this is the plant i have...

It's not amazonica mate, it's echinodorus aquartica sorry.

Just for info, i went way back into my pm's and found out that its Echinodorus schlueteri "leopard"
