what is this bug?

sorry for the poor picture..

This was slowly walking on the bottom of my tank, I've never seen anything like this in the 40+ years I've kept tropical fish.

I've removed from the tank, as was not certain it was fish friendly.

Picture is poor, it looks like at first glance, a piece of bark, with six legs, which are quite proud, and upright, it looks like it has large eyes, and mouth parts, so possibly predatory....It moves quite fast.

It's possible it came in with cabomba, or moss balls!

Dragonfly larvae ....don't put it back unless you like it to eat your fish.

Yes, I reviewed that list, and could not see anything similar, I removed it straight away, after spotting it. It looked sinister, and I've had a few guppy fry go missing! (5-6!). Could be coincidental.

That dragonfly would be my first suspect for the missing fry, they are ferocious hunters.
