Hi all,
It almost looks like plastic?, but assuming it isn't, it is I'm pretty sure @Edvet is right and it is <"Selaginella wildenowii">.

Agree with the above. It's commonly sold as umbrella fern and is just one of the non aquatic species that commonly pops up.
