This plant came from my mother's pond. It contains natives and mimulus luteus which self seeds all over the place. Any ideas?

I have some Myosotis scorpioides in the pond surviving the winter the leaves wich now start to developed submersed look a bit like in your picture.
I'm not sure and more in doubt it is something native i do not have much of it yet and emersed it doesn't develop it's leaves a bit different around it's axis, do not know how that growform or leafsetting is called in english.. Emersed it grows its leaves the same as Potamogeton sp.

Maybe it a Calitriche sp. ?

Try to grow it emersed and see if it flowers. :)
