IAPLC rules

Hi,

What are the IAPLC rules regarding photos shown beforehand in other contexts? I recall hearing that you cannot enter a photo already published on, e.g., UKAPS. But looking through the rules and guidelines on their website I cannot seem to find any conclusive information on this.

Some of the former participants may know this 🙂. Thanks.

I imagine they do as they please with regard to their own rules.

When you submit your photo to them you also give them the copyright to that photo so as long as you don't publish that photo you aren't breaking any rules.

^^^ as the above, however! the way round it is just submit a different pic on the web to the one you submit on a forum! fb etc etc.

Even if the fish are in a different place to the other pic, it doesn't matter.

Crap my fish are tethered in the same spot with fishline.................
