How often do you clean your pipes?

I recently rescaped and since then it seems I’m having to clean my lily pipes and tubing weekly whereas before it was every 2-3 weeks.

It’s just the usual gunky brown biofilm stuff no algae or anything. Is there anything I can do to stop it building up so fast?

i clean my pipes every month or month and a half. I do use filter floss in my filters and they do get brown stuff after a month. Before they were getting dirty often because my lights were near the pipes now that my pipes are far from the lights i dont clean them that often.
